We are passionate about our homeplace Espírito Santo, so we became a strong representative of the capixaba cuisine. Our menu is a true cultural experience that takes you through every part of Espírito Santo with a lot of flavor. And, of course, when we talk about the capixaba’s cuisine, we cannot fail to mention the traditional Moqueca Capixaba. Assis’ Moqueca is a delicious dish that makes you travel to every spot of our beautiful place through flavor.
